Recognized as a leader in prehospital care and critical care, he and his team create and maintain emergency medical response teams for many community and corporate clients. For his achievements in the fields of prehospital and critical care education, Mr. Searcy was honored by Cambridge Who's Who as an Executive of the Year in Critical Care Nursing in 2008.

As a prehospital care educator and critical care nurse, Mr. Searcy received his Associate's Degree in Nursing from Joliet Junior College in 1990. He is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Emergency Nurses Association, the American Heart Association and the National Association of EMS Educators.
