John J. Connolly celebrates over 25 years in driving instruction

LAKE KATRINE, NY, November 10, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- John J. Connolly, President, Owner of American Driving School, Ltd., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in driving instruction.

With 26 years of experience as a driving instructor, Mr. Connolly is responsible for preparing students for driving exams in order to receive driver's permits and licenses, teaching students how to operate vehicles and honor state driving laws and parking regulations, and overseeing the combination of classroom instruction and on-the-road practice. He began at the company as an instructor in 1983 and later bought it. Over the years, he has instructed students who have moved all over the world, and he continues to remain in contact with most of them. He attributes his success to his perseverance and the support he receives from his wife, family and friends.

Mr. Connolly attained his designation as a certified driving instructor from New Jersey City University in 1994. He is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the National Federation of Independent Business. He is also a recipient of the Good Citizen Award and an advocate of Mothers Against Drunk Driving. In the future, he aspires to develop the business to become one of the best in Lake Katrine and Catskill, New York. After he retires, he intends to pass the business on to his children.
