Abdullah A. Abonamah celebrates nearly 25 years in the education field

PALOS HEIGHTS, IL, January 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Abdullah A. Abonamah, Ph.D., Professor, Vice President of Academics for UAE Academy, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.

With 23 years of professional experience, Dr. Abonamah is a professor of management sciences and the vice president of academics at the UAE Academy, a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Abonamah has extensive teaching, research and academic management experience. He has been successful in utilizing his academic experience to develop curricula and academic programs, educational policies and processes, launch educational initiatives, establish strategic partnerships and build strategic plans.

With his unique background as an educator, a business strategist and a researcher. Dr Abonamah has conducted many strategy and organizational transformation workshops for various organizations within the Gulf region and has been invited to speak at many national and international conferences and panel discussions. He has over fifty publications in international journals and conferences and a US patent in reliable systems.

Dr. Abonamah remains a strong advocate of education as a tool to transform and enrich people's lives, make organizations more efficient and productive and contribute to economic development.

Dr. Abonamah received his Executive Management Degree from Yale University in 2005, his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Illinois Institute of Technology in 1986, his Master's Degree in Computer Science from Wright State University in 1982 and his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Dayton in 1978. He is a member of the Information Technology Service Management Systems and attributes his success to his goal-oriented nature. In the future, he intends to write books and establish The Abu Dhabi School of Management.
