Judith Mae Kellar Honored by Cambridge Who's Who
Judith Mae Kellar celebrates 40 years of success in her career
ARLINGTON, VA, October 19, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Judith Mae Kellar, Chief of Administrative and Training Services, and Program Manager for the National Guard Bureau (NGB), was recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in management.
Ms. Kellar has 40 years of overall professional experience. Her responsibilities with the Department of Defense include coordinating with the Chief of the National Guard Bureau and conducting conference and training programs for the National Guard and human resource development technicians. Additionally, she is in charge of overseeing NGB Technician Division Joint Staff administrative staff members for two programs, performs administrative duties, staffing and training programs. Ms. Kellar is also a professional college and military education instructor at Central Texas College for the Air Force and Air Force Reserve Command.
From 1970 to 2006, Ms. Kellar served for the United States Air Force, Air National Guard and the Air Force Reserves. She is a member of the Air Force Sergeants Association, the Reserve Officers Association of the United States, and The National Guard Association of the United States. She retired from the Air Force Reserves in 2006 after 36 years of service.
A certified instructor, Ms. Kellar received her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Strayer University in 2008. In 1986, she received her Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Maryland.
