Quinn Alfinito-Renta Inducted into Cambridge Who's Who
Quinn Alfinito-Renta received the Neurology Employee of the Month Award

BRONX, NY, October 28, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Quinn Alfinito-Renta, Clinical Stroke Coordinator at Montefiore Medical Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in health care.

With 34 years of professional experience, Ms. Alfinito-Renta attributes her success to her profound love of helping people. As a clinical stroke coordinator, she is responsible for responding to all stroke codes, following up with patient care daily, assisting patients with testing and teaching nursing education. Also a legal nurse consultant, she lectures at and organizes biannual stroke and neurology workshops for nurses. She coordinates and enters data into Stroke Database.

Ms. Alfinito-Renta earned a Master of Science in nursing from the University of Phoenix, and participated in coursework at Lehman College. She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Neuroscience Nurses. In addition to receiving the 25-Year Recognition Award, she received the Neurology Employee of the Month Award, both from the Montefiore Medical Center.
