Carolyn Tyson Clark celebrates over 20 years in the education field
COHOES, NY, March 26, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Carolyn Tyson Clark, Ed.D., Academic Program Coordinator for The Capital District Educational Opportunity Center, A Division of Hudson Valley Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in academic administration.
With 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Clark specializes in computer software and supervision. She supervises faculty, develops curriculum and monitors students' academic progress. She was inspried to pursue a career in education after aiding her daughter with her academic studies. She gained experience working in computer programming as a Computer Software Consultant and attributes her success to her hard work and diligence.
Ms. Clark received her Doctor of Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, her Master's Degree in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology and an advanced certificate (second Masters) in Education Administration and Policy from the State University at Albany and her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Siena College. In addition, she is a licensed notary. In her spare time, she volunteers at her local church, serves as the president of the Western New York First Jurisdiction Pastors and Ministers Wives Circle, and is an education chairwoman for the Troy Branch of the NAACP.
