As School Director for Phagans' Beauty School in Tigard she has routinely demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be successful in the business world.

Phagans' Beauty School has been training students in the exciting fields of hair design, manicuring and skin care since 1949. They aim to inspire and provide each of their students with the entry level technical skills, people skills and personal attitude, necessary for a long, profitable career in the cosmetology industry. The school offers 7 different programs of study to their students. Their most recent graduate placement rate was an astonishing 98%.

Dianne is responsible for managing all major aspects of the school. During her educational career, she completed several college courses. A great lover of the outdoors, Dianne enjoys fishing in the time away from her busy schedule.
