Healy PhD has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her outstanding professional career. As Chairman of the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Australasia Ltd., as well as throughout her brilliant career, Dr. Healy has routinely displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

Established in 2007, the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Australasia is a registered training organization which specializes in training for the gem and jewelry industries, offering both retail training and gemological training. The Institute offers an accredited Certificate IV in Retail Management course to the jewelry and other industries. They also serve as the Allied Teaching Centre for the Gemmological Association of Great Britain's Gem-A Foundation and Diploma in Gemmology courses.

Dr. Healy possesses extensive expertise in marketing, international business, and strategic development. During her collegiate career, she earned a PhD in Philosophy from the University of Queensland and an Honors Bachelor of Business degree in Communications and Marketing from the Queensland University of Technology. Dr. Healy is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Australia and the Australian Sales and Marketing Institute as well as a member of the Australian Institute of Management.
