As Vice President of Corporate Services with the Pearson Peacekeeping Centre, as well as throughout his brilliant professional career, Stephen has consistently demonstrated the vision, dedication and diligence necessary to be considered among the best.

The Pearson Peacekeeping Centre (PPC) was established in 1994 to support international peace and security. The PPC works in partnership with organizations to design and deliver innovative solutions for capacity building. They have trained nearly 20,000 soldiers, police and civilians on a range of issues from human rights, sexual and gender-based violence, to how to design a learning product. The PPC is a thought leader and mentor in helping many of these organizations to develop their own training modules. They operate with the understanding that their impact is exponentially amplified when military, police and civilian perspectives are integrated.

Mr. Davies is a CMA, ACMA (UK) and Senior Level Executive with extensive finance, administration, IT and human resource experience in diverse industries such as healthcare, consulting services, financial services in both the private and public sectors. He has a proven ability to improve operations, impact business growth and maximize profits through achievements in finance management, cost reductions, internal controls and process improvements. Stephen also has proven results in strategic management, business planning, system technology design and implementation, and staff development and leadership.

During his collegiate career, Stephen earned a Diploma in Accounting from Napier University. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland who studied Finance at Glasgow University.
